This class will cover suggestions for creating proper forms, learning how to have focused conversations, and how to increase retail sales for Hale & Hush products.  New form possibilities for your business will be provided.

Educator: Terry Esquer
Terry Esquer majored in Business Administration and Psychology, working in the Social Services, Workforce Development and Human Resources field for about 20 years. While Terry found this a very rewarding career, Skin care was a definite passion.

So in 2010 Terry started his skin care voyage and started his own skin care/esthetics business, Skinsational Skincare by Terry Esquer. Terry’s journey in the beauty business has involved owning a salon and spa, Esthetic Instructor at a local beauty school, Advisory Board Member for Post-Secondary School, coaching business owners and coaching/mentoring new Estheticians.

Terry is currently writing several Advanced Esthetics training sessions that will assist beauty professionals to achieve their business goals and objectives. Terry still finds the most joy helping clients achieve their skin care goals and assisting other professionals reach their full potential in their beauty business.
