Hale & Hush is committed to empowering passionate professionals to thrive in the aesthetics industry which is why the scholarship program was designed to support individuals pursuing excellence in their careers.
We want to support estheticians of all experience levels, which is why we chose to give away 4 scholarships – 2 to new estheticians and 2 to seasoned estheticians:
TIER 1: new-2 years licensed professional
TIER 2: 2-7 years licensed professional
TIER 3: 7+ years licensed professional
Each scholarship includes $1,000 worth of Hale & Hush skin care products, coupled with a free Product Knowledge class to give the winners everything they need to succeed as a sensitive skin specialist.

I’m Kierstin Hartley, a newly Licensed Esthetician and business owner specializing in sensitive and health-challenged skin. After working a desk job for 10 years, I recently followed my passion for skincare and wellness by going back to school and then opening my own esthetics business to help clients achieve healthy, radiant skin. Inspired by a family member’s cancer journey, I’ve developed a deep commitment to supporting individuals facing medical and skin health challenges, understanding how self-care can impact both physical and emotional well-being. My goal for the coming year is to become certified in oncology skin care services, further expanding my ability to provide compassionate, specialized care.
I’ve been an esthetician for almost 6 years and have been solo for a little over a year now! I recently discovered Hale & Hush and have been loving it so much I decided to bring it on as my main skincare brand in my studio so this scholarship is making it so much easier and faster to do that. I am a licensed esthetician of 16 years and a nail tech of 21 years. The focus of my business and my biggest passion is teaching a client about their skin’s unique needs and taking them on a journey to healthy skin. I also offer positive- aging therapies like Procell Microchanelling, Microcurrent, and LED therapy.
